FEATURES OVERVIEW
SharePoint setups: Connect SharePoint to Business Central and set your default document archiving options for your different Business Central tables.
Folder storage patterns: Define your file/folder storage patterns and structures.
Fact box: Allow a fact box to appear on the side of the screen containing the SharePoint location path, the list of uploaded documents related to the record, and the number of documents.
Document upload: Upload documents to SharePoint by using the drop-down menu in the fact box. You can also edit document metadata in SharePoint (e.g. invoice number) directly from the fact box.
Metadata mapping: Allows users to populate metadata in SharePoint, which can facilitate the analysis and search of documents within SharePoint.
File renaming: Allows users to automatically rename a file when it is uploaded to Document Storage and transferred to SharePoint.
